EXPLANATION: This item is recognizing Aldyn Borrello a junior at Wellington High School who has earned the National Cyber Scholarship Foundation (NCSF) Scholar with Honors status for 2023. It is a scholarship worth over 3500 dollars to take the GIAC cybersecurity technology class. Out of the 838 students honored nationally, she was only one out of 13 for the State of Florida and the only one from Palm Beach County.
Aldyn studied hard over the summer to take this exam. She took and passed the exam in September. She is now certified in GIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies (GFACT) giving her a kickstart in a career in cybersecurity
