EXPLANATION: The proposed project is the installation of a lift station and force-main for an existing and future restroom. The project includes the installation of a MOPS lift station, a water service, and a force-main from the MOPS Station to existing lift station no. 48, at the intersection of Ousley Farms Road and Greenbriar Boulevard.
On January 8, 2024, the Village released ITB #202402 for the Greenbriar Park Offsite Force Main Extension Project, seeking qualified firms to provide such services. The solicitation was advertised in the Palm Beach Post, posted on Wellington’s website and posted on DemandStar. On February 7, 2024, the Village received three (3) proposals meeting the required specifications.
