EXPLANATION: Mr. Jonathan Brown, Palm Beach County Housing and Economic Development Director, will introduce the Palm Beach County (PBC) Affordable Housing Bond and provide recent updates to the program. The PBC Affordable Housing Bond is a $200 million-dollar bond aimed to build workforce housing units in PBC. The housing bond program was approved by Palm Beach County voters on November 8, 2022.
