EXPLANATION: The applicant who resides at 13469 Fountain View Boulevard applied to the State Housing Initiatives Partnership Program (SHIP) to receive assistance. The project includes a re-roof, window replacement, and extermination of termites and vermin.
Creative Contracting Group submitted a bid with a project amount of $52,600 to address all of the concerns noted in the application. The project amount has been reviewed to ensure it is current with industry pricing. Two (2) bids were received and the Creative Contracting Group bid was the lowest.
Based on the Village’s Purchasing Policy, any contract exceeding $50,000 requires Council approval. Staff recommends awarding a contract to Creative Contracting Group for the total project cost of $52,600.
