SUMMARY: At the April 27, 2024 Architectural Review Board (ARB) meeting, the Board requested to open the discussion again regarding the possibility of adding horizontal wooden fences to the ARB Approved Fence List. Staff has provided various options for consideration and the current ARB Approved Fence List for reference.
