ITEM: Wellington Aquatics Center Elevations

SUMMARY: On August 23, 2023, the Architectural Review Board (ARB) approved the elevations, colors, materials, site amenities, and signage for the new Aquatics Complex located at Village Park off Pierson Road (Exhibit A). On March 12, 2024, the Village Council discussed and approved various changes to the Aquatic Complex projects. Based off of feedback from the Village Council, revisions were made to the elevations, colors, materials, and site amenities that were previously approved by ARB (Exhibit B). The Building Permit for the Aquatics Complex is currently in review and require ARB approval on the revised elevations, colors, and materials.
