SUMMARY: At the December 9, 2024 ARB meeting, the Board voted to postpone action on the Canter project’s entry feature sign due to the proposed height. ARB provided the applicant with direction to modify the sign height or provide additional explanation for the proposed sign. Attached is the applicant’s modified request for the entry feature sign with supporting documents.
