PUBLIC HEARING: YES QUASI-JUDICIAL: YES
SUMMARY: At the April 13, 2017 PZAB meeting staff recommended a postponement for items PZ-0124 (Ordinance No. 2017-02), PZ-0125 (Ordinance No 2017-03), PZ-0126 (Ordinance No. 2017-04), PZ-0127 (Ordinance No. 2017-05) and PZ-0128 (Ordinance No. 2017-06). The recommendation was based on outstanding traffic compliance issues and the submission of a Master Plan and conceptual site plan application to accompany the IPC/Isla Carroll Farms Rezoning. PZAB postponed the items to the May 10, 2017 meeting. These items will not be ready for review by PZAB at the May 10, 2017 meeting because traffic revisions and comments are still to be reviewed. Palm Beach County Traffic Division staff has advised us that even their first comments aren’t expected to be issued prior to the meeting date. Additionally, as of April 25, 2017, the Master Plan/conceptual site plan application has not been submitted. Staff is recommending postponement until such time that the applications have received Traffic Concurrency approval and proposed conditions of approval can be drafted to ensure traffic compliance and until the Master Plan/Site Plan application is submitted and reviewed by DRC. The items will be re-advertised and a new mailing will be required prior to the future PZAB hearing.
