EXPLANATION: On November 9, 2021, Council awarded ITB #202119 to multiple vendors to provide specialized lab analyses for the Village’s Water Reclamation Facility, Water Treatment Plant and Surface Water Management program. The services provided as part of this contract are required as part of the Village’s compliance with the Florida Department of Health, Department of Environmental Protection and South Florida Water Management District regulations. The services provided, include analysis beyond the capabilities of our internal laboratory.
Staff is seeking authorization to exercise the first renewal option, with no price increases, through November 9, 2025 with the primary and secondary vendors as follows:
