A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA’S COUNCIL ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE BINKS POINTE PLAT LYING IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 41 EAST, VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A REPLAT OF PARCEL “V” AND A PORTION OF PARCEL “J”, BINK’S FOREST OF THE LANDINGS AT WELLINGTON P.U.D. PLAT 2, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 70, PAGES 162 THROUGH 175, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the plat of a 15.53 acre parcel lying in Section 6, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The parcel is located approximately ½ mile south of Southern Boulevard on the west side of Binks Forest Drive. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owner of the property is SBBG, LLLP. This is a replat of Parcel “V” and a portion of Parcel “J”, Bink’s Forest of the Landings at Wellington P.U.D. Plat 2 for the expressed purpose of developing its parcel to allow 90 townhouse units with a total of 17 Buildings (2 story) and a clubhouse. The plat also provides the necessary access, water management and utility easements for the subdivision, including the dedication of Tract “W” to the Village of Wellington for a new public multiuse path.
The plat is compliant with Wellington’s codes and regulations.
