EXPLANATION: The scope of this project includes preparation of all surfaces to be primed and painted. Contractor will be providing all the labor, materials, and tools necessary to complete the project, including minor repairs of walls as required per bid specifications.
On June 10, 2019, Wellington released ITB# 201912 on Demandstar seeking qualified firms to provide such services. The solicitation was also advertised in the Palm Beach Post and posted on Wellington’s website. On July 10, 2019 seven (7) proposals were received.
