body
EXPLANATION: The proposed Ordinance eliminates reference to the Code Enforcement Board (since none has existed for over 10 years) and changes reference to the Special Master to Special Magistrate to reflect the language used in Chapter 162 FS. This amendment also, repeals Section 14.4.2 which authorizes non-issuance, revocation and/or suspension of permits that do not comply with the Land Development Regulations and/or were issued in error. These provisions are intended to be relocated to Article 5 of the Land Development Regulations in the near future, along with other restrictions that will apply to properties with outstanding Code Enforcement violations and/or fines.
