REQUEST:                     A proclamation recognizing Lieutenant Eli Shaivitz for his years of service to Wellington.

EXPLANATION:                     Lt. Eli Shaivitz has spent the last 11 ½ years at District 8 Wellington providing outstanding service to its many residents.  At this time the Village Council would like to recognize Lt. Shaivitz for his many years of exemplary service to Wellington.
