EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the replat of 12.369 acres lying in Section 20, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The project site is located at the southwest corner of Grand Prix Farms Drive. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owners of the property are Baxter Hill, LLC. The purpose of the replat is to correct the water management and lake maintenance easement with the built conditions, and to bring the subdivision into compliance with Wellington’s LDR Article 8. The plat also provides the necessary ingress, egress, storm water management and utility easements for the roadways within the subdivision.
