EXPLANATION: The Village continues to work with the State of Florida’s SHIP Program to provide homeowners with grants to assist with repairs and improvement projects. The homeowners of 14679 Horseshoe Trace have applied for a SHIP grant to assist with needed repairs to their home. The project details are provided below:
The project includes the following improvements:
• Full roof replacement, including a skylight replacement
• Front door replacement
• Garage door replacement
• Replacement of eight (8) windows with impact-rated units
• Installation of five (5) accordion shutters
• Water heater replacement
The Village obtained multiple quotes to complete the project:
