A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ACME IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ABANDONING FIVE (5) PORTIONS OF A UTILITY EASEMENT VARYING IN WIDTHS, TOTALING APPROXIMATELY 2,355 SQUARE FEET, LOCATED WITHIN LOT E, COURTYARD SHOPS AT WELLINGTON (13860 WELLINGTON TRACE), AS MORE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED HEREIN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
REQUEST: Approval of Resolution No. AC2025-05 to abandon five (5) portions of a Utility Easement varying in widths, located within Lot E, Courtyard Shops at Wellington (13860 Wellington Trace), totaling approximately 2,355 square feet.

EXPLANATION: Real Subs LLC, owner, is requesting to abandon five (5) portions of a Utility Easement varying in widths, located within Lot E, Courtyard Shops at Wellington (13860 Wellington Trace), totaling approximately 2,355 square feet. The Publix within Courtyard Shops was recently demolished and reconstructed. All utilities were redesigned and relocated outside the limits of the existing easement. There are no existing utility facilities within the easements, nor any planned in the future.
The Utility Easement was dedicated to the Acme Improvement District for utility purposes and shall be abandoned by the Acme Board of Supervisors.
The Engineering Services, Utility, and Planning Departments determined that the requested abandonments are consistent with the public interest and will not adversely affect utility access to other properties.
