A RESOLUTION OF THE ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A SCHEDULE OF APPROVED EXTERIOR PRIMARY/SECONDARY WALL COLORS, DRIVEWAY COLORS, GARAGE AND FRONT DOOR COLORS, ROOF COLORS, AND FENCE DESIGNS AND MATERIALS; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

SUMMARY: The Architectural Review Board (ARB), pursuant to Resolution No. R2022-21, is tasked with adopting by resolution various schedules of approved materials, designs and charts of approved colors. The existing color chart was last updated on October 15, 2014, is outdated and does not reflect the corresponding manufacture color code for the approved colors. The ARB has worked for many months reviewing the color chart and making changes. Prior to adoption by the ARB, staff was directed to bring the changes to Council for discussion. On June 10, 2024, the Council had a workshop on the proposed changes to the color board and fence list. They had no additional comments or changes. Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. ARB2024-01 adopting the ARB Color Board and Fence Designs and Materials.
