EXPLANATION:  Tricia Holloway, on behalf of W & W V LLC, is seeking a Conditional Use approval to allow medical office within the in-line retail buildings located at Village Green. The retail buildings are identified as Buildings A, B, C and E. The site is located west of State Road 7, south of Royale Boulevard and north of Stribling Road. The site is currently approved for retail, professional office, restaurant and bank uses. The medical office use shall not exceed 15,000 square feet of the 56,213 square feet of retail space.

 

SUMMARY:                      Approval of Resolution No. R2015-60 a Conditional Use to allow medical office within the retail buildings located within Village Green.
