REQUEST:                     Approval of Resolution No. R2024-47 accepting and approving the Wellington Preserve Replat No. 4.

EXPLANATION:                     This is a petition for the replat of 20.468 acres lying in Section 34, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida.  The project site is located on the southwest corner of Wellington Preserve Blvd and Laredo Way.  A location map is provided in Attachment 1.  The owner is 5221 Laredo Way, Inc.  This is a replat for the expressed purpose of constructing a residence with equestrian and go-cart amenities on the site. The plat also provides the necessary ingress, egress, stormwater management, and utility easements for the subdivision.
