EXPLANATION: The Village continues to work with the State of Florida’s SHIP Program to provide homeowners with grants to assist with repairs and improvement projects. The homeowners of 11396 Torchwood Court have applied for a SHIP grant to assist with needed repairs to their home. The project details are provided below:
The project includes the following improvements:
• Installation of impact windows and doors
• Electrical panel evaluation
• Garage door replacement
• Cement Repair
The Village obtained multiple quotes to complete the project:
