EXPLANATION: The purpose of this project if to enter into a construction contract for the (Re-Bid) of the Village Park Gym Roof Replacement project. This project consists of removing an existing metal roof and replacing with a new metal roof as per specifications.
On April 23, 2025, the Village released ITB #202518 for the (Re-Bid) of the Village Park Gym Roof Replacement Project on Demandstar, seeking qualified firms to provide such services. The solicitation was also advertised on the Palm Beach County’s Legal Notice site. On May 15, 2025, the Village received four (4) proposals, meeting the required specifications. One bidder, X10 Construction, Inc. was deemed non-responsive and non-responsible for failure to meet the qualification requirements of this solicitation.
