REQUEST:                     Authorization to award a contract to Coker Consulting, LLC together with Screven Watson & Associates, LLC as subconsultant to provide lobbying services to the Village, in the amount of $50,000 annually.

EXPLANATION:                     Staff is seeking authorization to award a contract to Coker Consulting, LLC together with Screven Watson & Associates, LLC as subconsultant to provide lobbying services, for one year, effective October 1, 2023, with option for two (2) additional one (1) renewal options.  The amount of the new contract will remain unchanged for an amount of $50,000 annually.  These services have been provided by Coker Consulting, LLC since 2015.
