EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the plat of 52.439 acres lying in Section 12, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The project site is located north of Forest Hill Boulevard on the westside of U.S. 441/SR 7. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owner is Lotis Wellington 2, LLC. This is a plat for a mixed-use project with indoor/outdoor entertainment (36-hole miniature golf, restaurant, event space and retail), general office, daycare facility, 72 multi-family residential dwelling units, 100 single-family residential dwelling units, 4.24-acre conservation area with recreation area, 13.21-acre open space and recreation areas inclusive of a lake, greenway with a multi-use pathway and other recreation areas open to the public. The plat also provides the necessary ingress, egress, storm water management and utility easements for the subdivision.
