A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA'S COUNCIL AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF ACME IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT VACATING 382 SQUARE FEET (0.009 ACRE) OF A 10-FOOT WIDE WATER EASEMENT WITHIN PARCEL 6 OF THE VILLAGE GREEN MULTIPLE USE PLANNED DEVELOPED (2815 STATE ROAD 7); AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
REQUEST: Approval of Resolution No. R2014-29 to vacate/abandon a 10-foot wide Water Easement totaling 382 square feet (0.009 acres), within Parcel 6 of the Village Green Multiple Use Planned Development, as recorded in the Official Records Book 115, pages 153 through 155 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida.

EXPLANATION: The owner is seeking approval to vacate the 10-foot wide Water Easement that runs approximately 38.17 feet, east and west, within Parcel 6.
The Wellington Code of Ordinances, Chapter 54, Section 54 provides that an easement may be vacated upon request as long as permission is granted from all affected parties and that the vacation be approved by Council. The Village of Wellington Engineering Department has reviewed and approved the request to vacate the 10-foot wide Water Easement.
