EXPLANATION: Luis began his career with Wellington in 2010 as a Field Technician I. He was promoted to a Field Technician II in 2014 and to a Field Technician III in 2017 before becoming a GIS Technician for Utilities in 2018.
Luis comes to work every day and gives 110%, crushing every goal assigned to him. He continues to grow and learn at an exponential rate and is a true pleasure to work with.
It is for these reasons and more that Luis Rivera is February’s Employee of the Month!
