EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the plat of 4.62 acres lying in Section 15, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The project site is located on the southeast side of Blue Cypress Lane. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owner is T & R Blue Cypress IV, LLC. This is a replat for the expressed purpose to subdivide Tract B of Blue Cypress of Palm Beach Polo into 14 single-family lots. The plat also provides the necessary ingress, egress, storm water management and utility easements for the subdivision.
