The 1629 Carriage Brooke Drive and 2668 Country Golf Drive homeowners have applied for CDBG rehabilitation grants to assist in making needed home repairs. The individual project details are provided below:
* 1629 Carriage Brooke Drive requires a complete roof replacement, stucco siding repair, and replacement of two sliding glass doors and four windows with impact-resistant glass. Additional work includes replacing the front door, water heater, and bathroom vent fan. Total cost is $53,105.00.
* 2668 Country Golf Drive requires a complete roof replacement, replacement of skylights, replacement of five windows with impact-resistant glass, and the installation of accordion hurricane shutters on an existing window.
