EXPLANATION: Delray Beach Arts, Inc. has submitted a request for Council consideration of a co-sponsorship/partnership agreement for the 2018 Wellington Bacon and Bourbon Fest. The event is proposed to be held on March 23, 2018 through March 24, 2018. DBAI has requested the waiver of rental fees for use of the amphitheater, community center and town center common area. DBAI proposed to provide private security, operations staff, production team and clean-up crews as part of their operations. Any non-exempt Village staff time required as part of the event will be billed to DBAI. A request letter and preliminary site plan are attached as Exhibit A and Exhibit B respectively.
