EXPLANATION:  Addition of Section 5.13.1 of Chapter 13, Article V to the Wellington Land Development Regulations.
 
This section codifies the Village's reasonable accommodation policy.  "Reasonable accommodation" is a statutorily established method that allows an individual who is disabled/and or handicapped, as those terms are defined in Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act and/or the Fair Housing Amendments Act, to request a modification or alteration in the application of a specific code provision, rule, policy or practice to them.
