EXPLANATION: Kim was hired in 2013 as a Project Management Assistant in Human Resources. She was promoted to HR Generalist the following year and is currently a Manager. Kim is always looking for ways to increase productivity and has implemented processes to improve efficiencies in the HR department. She recently implemented an electronic performance review process that everyone is very pleased with. Kim is currently on assignment with the Clerk’s office assisting with streamlining several projects in that department. Kim works tirelessly and can always be counted on regardless of the situation.
It is for these reasons and more that Kim Eikov is nominated as the Employee of the Month.
