A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA’S COUNCIL, GRANTING A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT TO FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC UTILITY FACILITIES AT THE BOOSTER STATION 1 SITE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

EXPLANATION: On November 13, 2024, Arcadia Infrastructure I, LLC entered into an agreement with the Village of Wellington to lease land from Wellington at the booster station site south of Greenbriar Boulevard and west of Ousley Farms Road for the construction and operation of a cellular tower. As part of this construction, Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) requires an agreement and underground easement (Exhibit A) for the construction, operation and maintenance of underground electric utility facilities. The electric utility facilities are also being upgraded for the water plant site.
