EXPLANATION: The agent, Brian Terry/Insite Studio, Inc., on behalf of the applicant, Pulte Home Company, LLC, and owner, Gerald M Barbarito DD JCL Bishop of Diocese of Palm Beach, is requesting a Comprehensive Plan Map Amendment to change the land use from Community Facilities to Residential C for the southern portion of Pod D (AKA the 40-acre private civic site) of the Orange Point Planned Unit Development (PUD) Master Plan, as designated on the master plan. This is to allow the proposed development of the new 22-acre pod (Pod I) with 42 single-family residential homes/lots, that will be constructed by the applicant/developer.
