ITEM: AUTHORIZATION TO RENEW EXISTING CONTRACTS FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ROAD BASE AND ASPHALT MILLINGS

EXPLANATION: The Village of Wellington utilizes contracts for the supply and delivery of road base, asphalt millings, and other aggregate materials to support the ongoing maintenance of unpaved equestrian roadways, trails and other Village infrastructure.
On August 12, 2025, Council awarded ITB #202517 to Austin Tupler Trucking, Inc., D.S. Eakins Construction Corp., JUD Solutions LLC. and Palm Beach Aggregates LLC. effective through August 11 2026. The initial term of the contract is one (1) year, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.
Staff is requesting authorization to exercise the first renewal options with the four (4) awarded vendors with no price increases, effective through August 11, 2027. The lowest price vendor is summarized in the attached renewal bid summary.
