ITEM:  MINTO WEST PRESENTATION  

REQUEST:  Provide direction regarding Wellington's position on Minto West and the development approvals being considered by Palm Beach County.

EXPLANATION:  Tara Duhy (Lewis Longman and Walker) and Don Hearing (Cotleur & Hearing) will be making the presentation to the Council. A 15-minute PowerPoint presentation will be given with a general overview of the project. The presentation will include a discussion on how the Minto West project relates to the Village's adopted levels of service, i.e., Schools, Parks, Public Safety and Traffic.  Mr. John Carter VP with Minto as well as the consulting team will be in attendance and available to answer questions.
