EXPLANATION: Staff is seeking authorization to award a contract to Coker Consulting, LLC together with Screven Watson & Associates, LLC as subconsultant to provide lobbying services, for one-year effective December 1, 2026 through November 30, 2027 with an option for two (2) additional one (1) renewal periods. The amount of the new contract will remain unchanged for an amount of $50,000 annually. These services have been provided by Coker Consulting, LLC since 2015.
