EXPLANATION:                     The Village of Wellington implemented ClearGov’s Digital Budget Book and Capital Budgeting modules in Fiscal Year 2025 and wishes to add the Financial Engagement Platform to address the website reporting requirements of SB 1329.  ClearGov’s Financial Engagement Platform is an AI-powered community trust and budget transparency tool launched by ClearGov to help local governments turn complex financial data into interactive, easy-to-understand stories for residents.  It will allow users to drill down to department-level budgets and multi-year reports. It includes built-in polls, surveys, and SMS-based resident feedback channels to gather public sentiment and build alignment before budget votes.  The total cost for FY 2027 is $45,195.15 and FY 2028 is $38,153.43. The grand total for all services through September 30, 2028 is $83,348.58.

In May 2023, TIPS entered into a contract (#230105) with ClearGov for the term of five years with a one-year renewal option.
