EXPLANATION: Heather Navarro began her career with Wellington in May of 2015 as a part time Recreation Assistant assigned to the Wellington Amphitheater. She became a full time Customer Service Representative in July of 2016 at the Wellington Community Center. Heather has taken on many tasks and is always open to new challenges. Her dedication and superb customer service skills make her a great asset to the Parks and Recreation Department.
It is for these reasons and more that Heather is May’s Employee of the Month.
