EXPLANATION: On September 28, 2021, Council awarded an engineering services contract (RFQ 202121) to multiple vendors. As part of the solicitation, Simmons and White was selected as one of the Wellington's engineering service providers. Staff is seeking authorization to award Professional Design Services task order to Simmons and White in the amount of $99,720.00 for the design of a signalized intersection at the intersection of Lake Worth Road and Isles View Drive.
