EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the platting of a 1.164 acre parcel which includes Tracts 9 and 10 of Block 26, Palm Beach Farms Company Plat No. 3 previously platted and recorded in Plat Book 2, Pages 45 - 54. The parcel is located on the northwest corner of South State Road 7 and Whitehorse Drive. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The Petitioners and Owners of the property are Lorton Legacy Investments, LLC.

As compared to the original plat, the proposed plat codifies the property lines, easements and other encumbrances required for the development of the property.

This plat has been reviewed by a Licensed Land Surveyor, Engineering and PZAB for conformance with the approved Site Plan, Wellington Land Development Regulations and applicable codes. Based upon the review, the plat is in conformance with these requirements and therefore is recommended for approval.
