Article VI regarding board and committee elections: “Sec. 2-62: Officers All boards and committees established by Wellington’s Council shall, at a meeting during the month of June, or the next regularly scheduled meeting held thereafter, elect one (1) of their members as chairperson and elect other such officers as may be necessary.”
