EXPLANATION:  The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department provides water and sewer service to Olympia Park located generally at the southeast corner of the intersection of SR7 and Stribling Way.  As a requirement of the development of the park site, Palm Beach County required the installation of a water main through park property for future connection to properties to the south - in this case the new Charter School.  This proposed easement provides for this water main.  Specifically, the easement allows Palm Beach County to install, operate, maintain, service, construct, reconstruct, remove, relocate, repair, replace, improve, expand, tie into, and inspect potable water, reclaimed water and/or wastewater lines and appurtenant facilities and equipment in, on, over, under and across the easement property.  The legal description and sketch for the proposed easement are provided herein.
