A RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON, FLORIDA'S COUNCIL ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE ISLA VERDE OF WELLINGTON RESIDENTIAL REPLAT NO. 1 LYING IN SECTIONS 6 AND 7, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 42 EAST, VILLAGE OF WELLINGTON, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING A REPLAT OF ISLA VERDE OF WELLINGTON RESIDENTIAL REPLAT, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGES 69 THROUGH 73, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

EXPLANATION: This is a petition for the replatting of a 30.655 acre parcel lying in Sections 6 and 7, Township 44 South, Range 42 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida. The parcel is located approximately 1/2 mile north of Forest Hill Boulevard on the east side of State Road 7. A location map is provided as Attachment 1. The owner of the property is ISLA VERDE WELLINGTON, LLC. This plat is for the expressed purpose of developing its parcel as a multifamily apartment/townhome project. The plat also provides the necessary access, water management and utility easements for the subdivision.
The plat is compliant with Wellington's codes and regulations.
