SUMMARY: All required application documentation has been reviewed by the Development Review Manager to determine compliance with the Land Development Regulations and Comprehensive Plan, subject to conditions, as presented.
Based on the findings contained within this staff report and consistency with both Wellington’s Comprehensive Plan and the variance criteria of the Land Development Regulations, staff recommends the following conditions of approval if the request is approved by PZAB:

This approval is for the airplane hangar only. All other buildings/structures shall meet the setback requirements within the LDR and are not part of this approval.
