SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting the ARB approval for the following requests:
- Elevations and materials for Buildings A, B1 - B3, B4, C1 - C3, D1 - D3, E1 - E2, F1 - F3, G1 - G2, H1, H2A and H2B;
- Resolution R2026-45, a Conditional Use to amend the maximum building height of Building D1 and D2 (of Pod B approved by Resolution No. R2026-08 from 42 feet to 48 feet and to allow a maximum building height of 37 feet for Building E1 and 39 feet for Building E2 of Pod B; and
- To allow technical deviations for the construction fence banner and to allow an eight (8) to 12-foot-high construction fence.
