EXPLANATION:                     Two Wellington natives, Hope Arelleno and Nicolas ‘Nico’ Escobar represented Team USA at the 2024 Paris Games Polo Challenge presented by U.S. Polo hosted in Apremont, France.  This commemorative event served as a centennial celebration honoring the opening match of the 4^th Olympic Polo Tournament at the 1924 Paris Games between the United States and France. 

The USA vs. France match took place on Wednesday, August 7, 2024.
