EXPLANATION: Christian Nakotey began his career with Wellington in July, 2012 as a college intern. Christian was promoted later that year to a part time IT Specialist in the Planning Department, going on to become a full time GIS Technician in October 2013. Christian’s strong work ethic and dedication paid off quickly and he was promoted less than a year later to GIS Analyst.
Christian not only has a tremendous knowledge of our GIS systems, he is a pleasure to work with and always has a smile on his face.
It is for these reasons and more that Christian Nakotey is nominated as the May 2017 Employee of the Month.
