EXPLANATION: Pursuant to RFQ# 202010, on May 12, 2020, the Village Council awarded a continuing Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract to Burkhardt Construction, Inc.
Staff is seeking authorization to execute a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment for the Greenbriar Park Restroom Facility Project in the amount of $723,865.03. The scope of work includes the installation of a new prefabricated restroom building containing six (6) individual stalls.
The cost of the project is $723,865.03 which includes an owner controlled contingency in the amount of $30,000.00.
