REQUEST: Council discussion regarding rental licenses for single-family rental units.

EXPLANATION: At the request of Mayor Margolis, rental licenses for single-family rental units are presented for Council discussion. Attached is a recent Administrative Transmittal reporting information concerning single-family, rental properties in Wellington and the respective code compliance in comparison to all single-family properties. Also attached is a brief report with the Council history of this subject along with a map illustrating the location of the estimated single-family rental properties in Wellington.
