REQUEST:                     Approval of Resolution No. R2024-21 accepting and approving the Farrell Estates Wellington Plat.

EXPLANATION:                     This is a petition for the plat of 22.983± acres lying in Section 14, Township 44 South, Range 41 East, Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, Florida.  The project site is located on the on the south side of Forest Hill Boulevard in between South Shore Boulevard and Polo Club Road.  A location map is provided as Attachment 1.  The owner is Farrell Florida Wellington Owner LLC. This is a replat for the expressed purpose to subdivide Pod 80 of the Wellington PUD into 27 single-family lots.  The plat also provides the necessary ingress, egress, storm water management and utility easements for the subdivision.

 

The plat is compliant with Wellington’s codes and regulations.
