Title: ITEM: SELECTION OF THE 2018 WELLINGTON TOP COP AND TOP FIREFIGHTER EXPLANATION: The Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office District 8 Wellington and Palm Beach County Fire Rescue have submitted their nominations (attached) for the 2018 Top Cop and Top Firefighter award. The Committee is tasked with reviewing the nominations and selecting the winners for this year's awards. Representatives from both agencies will be present to respond to questions from the Committee. One winner will be selected from each agency with award presentations scheduled to be presented at the September 11, 2018 regular Village Council meeting.
